Usage

Use Shan Punjabi Yakhni Pulao Masala to prepare authentic Punjabi-style yakhni pulao. Ideal for chicken, mutton or beef, it adds depth of flavour and aromatic spices to your pulao.

Cooking

1. Prepare your preferred meat and yakhni (stock).
2. Add Shan Punjabi Yakhni Pulao Masala and mix well.
3. Add washed rice and the required amount of yakhni/stock.
4. Cook until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
5. Allow the pulao to rest for a few minutes before serving.
6. Serve hot with raita, salad or your favourite side dish.

Storage
