Cooking Instructions

Non-Stick Pan (Recommended)

  1. Remove the frozen Onion Uttapam from the packaging.
  2. Preheat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
  3. Place the frozen uttapam on the pan.
  4. Cook for 3–4 minutes on one side.
  5. Flip carefully and cook for another 2–3 minutes until heated through and lightly golden.
  6. For extra flavor, lightly brush with oil or ghee while cooking.
  7. Serve hot.

Microwave (Soft Texture)

  1. Place the frozen uttapam on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on High (800–1000W) for 2–3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
  3. For a lightly crisp exterior, finish on a hot pan for 1–2 minutes.
