Cooking Instructions

Tawa / Frying Pan (Recommended)

  1. Remove the required number of parottas from the freezer.
  2. Place the frozen parotta on a preheated non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
  3. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, turning several times until both sides are golden brown and heated through.
  4. Gently clap or crush the parotta between your palms (or with two spatulas) to separate the layers before serving.

Oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Place the frozen parottas on a baking tray.
  3. Heat for 6–8 minutes, turning once halfway through.

Air Fryer

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
  2. Cook the frozen parottas for 5–7 minutes, turning halfway until golden and crispy.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
  • Do not refreeze after thawing.
  • Cook directly from frozen for the best texture and flavour.
  • Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
