Cooking Instructions

Microwave

  1. Remove the desired number of frozen idlis from the pack.
  2. Place them on a microwave-safe plate and sprinkle a few drops of water over them.
  3. Cover with a microwave-safe lid or damp paper towel.
  4. Heat on high for 2–3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Steamer (Recommended)

  1. Place the frozen idlis in a steamer.
  2. Steam for 8–10 minutes until soft and heated through.
  3. Serve immediately.

Pan Heating

  1. Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil or butter (optional).
  2. Warm the idlis over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally until heated throughout.

Storage Instructions

  • Keep frozen at -18°C or below.
  • Do not refreeze after thawing.
  • Once thawed, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours.
  • Heat thoroughly before serving.
