Ingredients

Preparation Instructions

You Will Need

• 1 packet (75g) Weikfield Kesar Pista Falooda Mix
• 1 litre full-fat milk
• 200ml water

Method

1. Pour 1 litre of milk and 200ml of water into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Add the entire contents of the Weikfield Kesar Pista Falooda Mix while stirring continuously.
3. Cook for 10–15 minutes over medium heat until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
4. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate until well chilled. Do not freeze.
6. Serve chilled and garnish as desired.
