Cooking Instructions

1. Add the required quantity of MTR Uttappam Mix to a mixing bowl.
2. Add water gradually and mix well to prepare a smooth, pourable batter.
3. Allow the batter to rest as directed on the package.
4. Heat a lightly greased tawa or non-stick pan.
5. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread gently into a thick, round uttappam.
6. Cook on medium heat until golden and cooked through. Flip and cook the other side.
7. Serve hot with your favourite chutney or sambar.

Serving Suggestions

Enjoy hot uttappams with coconut chutney, tomato chutney, sambar, vegetable kurma or podi. You can also add chopped onion, tomato, green chilli or coriander for extra flavour.
