Ingredients

Sugar, wheat flour (vermicelli), dextrose, almonds (5%), pistachios (4%), raisins, basil (sabja) seeds, saffron, and permitted food colours (E102, E110).

Preparation Instructions

You Will Need

• 1 packet (200g) Laziza Kesar Falooda Mix
• 1 litre milk
• 1 glass (approximately 200ml) water

Method

1. Pour 1 litre of milk and 1 glass of water into a saucepan and bring to a gentle boil.
2. Gradually add the entire contents of the Laziza Kesar Falooda Mix while stirring continuously.
3. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
4. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
5. Refrigerate until well chilled.
6. Serve cold in tall glasses.
7. Add crushed ice or a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired for an extra indulgent dessert.

Serving Suggestion

For an authentic café-style falooda, garnish with:
