Sattu Drink (Sharbat)

  1. Add 2–3 tablespoons of sattu flour to 250ml chilled water.
  2. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Add lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and chopped onions for a savory drink, or jaggery/sugar for a sweet version.
  4. Serve chilled.

Sattu Paratha

  1. Mix sattu flour with finely chopped onion, green chilli, coriander, ajwain, salt, mustard oil, and spices.
  2. Stuff into wheat dough.
  3. Roll gently and cook on a hot tawa with ghee or oil until golden brown.
