Cooking Instructions

Cooked Ragi

  1. Rinse 1 cup of ragi thoroughly under running water.
  2. Soak for 6–8 hours (optional for improved texture and faster cooking).
  3. Add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce the heat and simmer for 25–30 minutes until tender.
  5. Serve as a healthy alternative to rice with curries or vegetables.

Ragi Porridge
