Ingredients

Mustard leaves (approximately 40%), spinach, melde (leafy greens), refined cottonseed oil, water, onion, garlic, tomato, maize flour, green chilli, cumin, red chilli, coriander, fennel, turmeric, black pepper, nutmeg, mace, cloves, fenugreek leaves, black cardamom, green cardamom, asafoetida (hing), salt, and raising agent (INS 500(ii)).

Preparation Instructions

Method 1 – Boiling Water

  1. Place the unopened pouch in boiling water.
  2. Heat for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Carefully remove the pouch, open, and serve hot.

Method 2 – Stovetop

  1. Empty the contents into a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve hot.

Method 3 – Microwave

  1. Transfer the contents into a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes.
