Cooking / Preparation Instructions

Traditional Rasmalai

  1. Prepare 500ml–700ml full-fat milk and bring it to a gentle boil.
  2. Add sugar to taste along with a pinch of cardamom powder and a few strands of saffron.
  3. Simmer the milk until slightly thickened.
  4. Gently add the GRB Rasmalai Patties to the warm milk.
  5. Allow the patties to soak for 30–60 minutes.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and almonds if desired.
