Ingredients

Sugar, dextrose, vermicelli (wheat), tapioca pearls, milk solids, almonds (2.5%), pistachios (2.5%), sweet basil (sabja) seeds, corn flour, and saffron.

Cooking Instructions

Ingredients Required

• 1 pack (200g) GITS Badam Pista Falooda Mix
• 1200ml milk
• 200ml water

Method

1. Pour 1200ml milk and 200ml water into a saucepan.
2. Heat gently over a medium flame until lukewarm.
3. Add the entire contents of the GITS Badam Pista Falooda Mix.
4. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring continuously.
5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the mixture becomes creamy and slightly thick.
6. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool to room temperature.
7. Refrigerate until well chilled. Do not freeze.
8. Serve cold in tall dessert glasses.

Serving Suggestion
