Cooking Instructions

Non-Stick Pan (Recommended)

  1. Remove the frozen Masala Dosa from the packaging.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat.
  3. Place the frozen dosa directly onto the hot pan.
  4. Cook for 3–4 minutes, turning once if needed, until heated through and golden brown.
  5. For an extra crispy texture, lightly brush with oil or ghee while cooking.
  6. Serve hot with chutney and sambar.

Microwave (Soft Texture)

  1. Place the frozen dosa on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on High (800–1000W) for 2–3 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
