Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.

2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.

4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

5. Add Heera Haldi Powder, coriander powder and chilli powder. Stir well and cook for about 30–60 seconds.

6. Add the vegetables and mix thoroughly with the spices.

7. Add water and salt, then cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.

8. Adjust the seasoning according to taste.

9. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
