How long does delivery take?
Standard orders arrive within 1–2 business days across Poland. Free delivery on orders over 200 PLN, otherwise a flat 14.99 PLN fee applies. Same-day or next-day delivery available within Kraków.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — we work with restaurants, caterers and retailers. Choose “Wholesale / Bulk” in the form above or email wholesale@indiastore.com with your requirements.
How do I return a product?
Reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a free pickup. Items must be unopened and in original packaging. See our full returns policy.
Are products imported directly from India?
Yes — most of our spices, rice, lentils and pooja items are sourced directly from trusted suppliers across India. Local groceries (dairy, breads) are sourced from UK partners.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. Logged-in customers can also track in My Account.
