👩🍳 Cooking Instructions

1. Heat oil in a deep pan.

2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1–2 minutes.

4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.

5. Add turmeric, coriander powder and Heera Extra Hot Chilli Powder. Stir well and cook for about 30–60 seconds.

6. Add the chicken and mix thoroughly so that the spices coat the pieces.

7. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

8. Add water, cover and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked and tender.

9. Add garam masala and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.

10. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Tip: Because this is an extra hot chilli powder, start with a small quantity and increase gradually according to your preferred level of spiciness.
