Cooking Instructions

Heat a little oil or ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions. Add vegetables and water as required, then bring to a boil. Gradually add Heera Roasted Upma Sooji while stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Cook until the sooji absorbs the water and reaches your preferred consistency. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander.
