1. Empty the mix into a bowl and add water gradually.
2. Mix gently to form a soft dough and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
3. Grease your hands with a little oil or ghee and make small, smooth balls.
4. Deep-fry the balls over low to medium heat until evenly golden brown.
5. Prepare sugar syrup separately using sugar and water.
6. Place the fried gulab jamuns in warm sugar syrup and allow them to soak for at least 30 minutes.
7. Serve warm or chilled. Enjoy!
